Refund & Cancellation Policy

Jaksh Enrich (JE Digifly)

Effective Date: April 18, 2026

At Jaksh Enrich (JE Digifly), we believe in maintaining transparent and professional business relationships. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, retainers, and service discontinuation are handled for all services provided through jedigifly.com.

By engaging our services, making payments, approving proposals, or continuing work with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Jaksh Enrich (JE Digifly) are strictly non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company.

This policy exists because our services involve time, expertise, planning, strategy, labor, research, software usage, resource allocation, and operational costs that begin once a project is accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Payments Include

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Advance project payments

  • Monthly retainer fees

  • SEO service fees

  • Performance marketing management fees

  • Website design / development charges

  • Landing page setup fees

  • Social media management charges

  • Influencer coordination fees

  • Consultation / strategy call charges

  • Audit / analysis fees

  • Creative design fees

  • Content writing fees

  • Technical setup charges

  • Priority / rush delivery fees

Even if the client chooses not to continue after work begins, charges remain non-refundable.

3. Third-Party Platform Charges

Any amount paid toward third-party tools or platforms is non-refundable and governed by their own policies.

This may include:

  • Google Ads ad spend

  • Meta Ads ad spend

  • Domain purchases

  • Hosting charges

  • Paid plugins or software tools

  • SMS / Email credits

  • Influencer payouts

  • Freelance vendor costs

If a third-party platform issues a refund directly, that decision remains solely under their control.

4. Cancellation of Monthly / Recurring Services

For monthly retainers or recurring services, clients must provide 30 days prior written notice before requesting cancellation, pause, or service discontinuation.

Notice may be submitted through:

  • Official email communication

  • Written WhatsApp confirmation

  • Signed written request

Verbal messages or informal discussions may not be treated as official cancellation notice.

5. What Happens During Notice Period

During the 30-day notice period:

  • Ongoing work may continue as scheduled

  • Active campaigns may remain live unless requested otherwise

  • Support may continue within agreed scope

  • Final reports or handover may be prepared

  • Outstanding dues must be cleared

If the client requests immediate stoppage, fees for the notice period may still apply where resources have already been allocated.

6. Mid-Month Cancellation

If a client cancels in the middle of an active billing cycle:

  • Partial month refunds will not be issued

  • Remaining active period may continue till cycle end (where practical)

  • Work already completed remains billable

7. Project-Based Work Cancellation

For one-time projects such as websites, landing pages, branding, audits, or setup work:

Before Work Starts

If no work has started and no resources have been assigned, cancellation may be reviewed at our sole discretion.

After Work Starts

Once strategy, design, development, meetings, research, revisions, or implementation begins:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Completed milestones remain chargeable

  • Work paused due to client delay may still be billed

8. Client Delays / Non-Response

If the client becomes inactive, unavailable, or repeatedly delays approvals, content, access, or feedback:

  • Timelines may shift

  • Resources may be rescheduled

  • Refund requests will not be accepted due to client-side delay

After extended inactivity, the project may require reactivation charges.

9. Performance-Based Expectations

Marketing services depend on many external factors such as competition, budget, offer quality, website readiness, market demand, and platform changes.

Therefore, refunds are not issued based on:

  • Lower than expected leads

  • Slow ranking movement

  • Lower sales conversion

  • Ad rejection or limited reach

  • Market seasonality

  • Competitor activity

  • Platform algorithm changes

No agency can honestly guarantee fixed results.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact us first to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to:

  • Immediate service suspension

  • Evidence submission to payment provider

  • Legal recovery of dues where necessary

11. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, goodwill credits, partial adjustments, or alternate solutions may be offered purely at company discretion. Such exceptions do not create future entitlement.

12. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Revised versions will be posted on this page.
