• Development fees

• Campaign management fees

Third-party ad spends are separately governed by their platform policies.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth execution, clients agree to provide:

• Accurate business information

• Timely approvals

• Required access (website, ad accounts, hosting, etc.)

• Brand assets (logos, creatives, documents)

• Feedback within reasonable time

Delays caused by missing inputs may extend timelines.

8. Timelines & Delivery

Estimated timelines are approximate and may vary due to:

• Technical issues

• Incomplete client inputs

• Force majeure events

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver within discussed timelines.

9. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee:

• Viral growth

• Instant performance improvement

• Platform approval outcomes

Marketing performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

10. Revisions & Scope Changes

Minor revisions may be accommodated based on project type.

However, the following may attract additional charges:

• New pages beyond approved scope

• Major redesign requests

• Extra creatives

• Additional campaigns

• Strategy changes after approval

• Rush delivery requests

11. Intellectual Property

A. Our Ownership

Unless transferred in writing, we retain rights to:

B. Client Ownership

Upon full payment (where applicable), final approved assets created specifically for the client may be transferred as agreed.

We are not liable for their outages, suspensions, policy changes, bans, or technical failures.

13. Cancellation / Service Termination

For recurring monthly services, either party may discontinue engagement by giving 30 days prior written notice.

During notice period:

• Pending dues remain payable

• Existing work may continue till end of notice term

• Handover may be scheduled where applicable

Immediate termination may occur in case of abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or non-payment.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaksh Enrich (JE Digifly) shall not be liable for:

• Business interruption

• Reputation damage

• Missed opportunities

Total liability, if any, shall generally not exceed fees paid for the specific disputed service period.

15. Indemnification
